Remote control Fast Forward and Rewind buttons are no longer functioning as they used to in the new Tizen app preview. Previously, they used to function as true FF/RW scan buttons - press once, video would continue fast-forwarding or rewinding until you pressed play again.
Now they appear to only function as jump forward/back 30-seconds. Which means multiple presses to move through the video. Scrolling through the video by dragging the dot on the progress bar is also more inconvenient than the old behaviour as you have to keep the arrow buttons held down - not really suitable for long videos.

Update - not sure if this has recently changed again, but I’ve now noticed I can’t fast-forward or rewind at all.
As previously mentioned, the fast-forward and rewind buttons have stopped functioning as they should, but could still at least be used to scrub through the seek bar
It now appears this function doesn’t work either. Either pressing the buttons once, or holding down, the dot on the seek bar moves back/forward, but then just keeps playing from the same place again
Navigating to the seek bar and pressing/holding the arrow buttons on the remote control to drag forward/back also doesn’t work. Again, the seek bar moves, but content plays from the same place.
With all 3 options not working, I now have no way to fast-forward/rewind through a video
