How am I seeing a REMOTE “Guest” user on my dashboard? Shouldn’t it show the Plex account that was used to login? Have I inadvertently enabled some anonymous Guest access for anyone in the world to access my Plex?
The “Guest” account is a regular “managed user.” Which means it uses your own Plex credentials to log in, then “Switch User” to the Guest account.
The only specialty of this account is this:
You can enable and disable it with a single click. After disabling it, the “watched” status and statistics of this user are deleted.

Your Plex account still has this user activated. So I reckon some device which you have added to your account in the past has been switched to this user account.
