Hello. My wife who lives in Yellowknife Canada used to be able to access my Plex account here in Prince Edward Island Canada on the East Coast for some reason she’s not able to connect anymore she can sign into my account but there’s no movies or anything for her to see. Also under remote access it is showing this. Not available outside your network.
There are so many variables to consider so I’m hoping someone might have a basic idea how I can get this working again. Thank you in advance.
