I’m currently encountering a small issue with Plex Media Server that I hope you might be able to help me resolve.
Recently, I’ve created optimized versions of some movies on my Plex server to ensure smoother streaming. Everything works fine for me when I play these optimized versions locally, but my friends, who access my Plex library remotely, have reported that they are unable to stream these specific versions automatically.
I wonder if there is a particular setting I need to change or adjust to enable remote streaming of optimized versions. I’ve gone through the settings but haven’t been able to identify what might be causing this issue.
