Recently SHAW upgraded my modem to Arris SBG6782 Advanced WiFi Modem, since then I can't connect to myplex server remotely, I am wondering if anybody can help me to resolve this issue,

I’m a plex pass user and have had the same problem. Tried port forwarding etc, but still din’t work. Previous modem worked without any issues.

Start here, and try to get info on the new router/modem you have. It’s likely it’s stup as a router, and you are behind a double NAT. Call the ISP and have them change it to bridge mode may solve most of the problems.
