Remote Smart Playlists

I am trying to create a Smart Playlist for 3 TV series that compose of the One Chicago series (Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, Chicago P.D.). I am trying to create a list that plays the shows in the order they all aired, since at times they do follow the same story line. I’m able to do this with no problem for members of my Plex Home, but this does not work for my remote viewers. I know I can add them to my Plex Home, but this is undesirable and not the way I want to go. Previously, remote users were able to watch these shows in the correct order. For the past year or so, this has not been the case. I’ve tried multiple things without success.

Does anyone have a way to get this to work correctly? For example, when watching in order, the playlist should shows Chicago Fire Season 1 through Season 2, episode 9. The next episode played should be Chicago PD, Season 1, episode 1 and 2, then go back to Chicago Fire Season 2, episode 10. Eventually, should come to Chicago P.D. Season 3 Episode 7, then Chicago Fire Season 4, Episode 5, then Chicago Med Season 1, Episode 1.

The remote clients are majority Roku, but a few Samsung are using Samsung Tizen clients, as well as the FireTV client.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
