I have remote streaming paid for a year. Next payment Aug 2026. Today remore users can not stream. Plex asks for them to pay. Whats going on. My remote streaming is set for streaming. Please help since customer service is worthless
The Remote Watch Pass is only valid for yourself.
If you want that all your shared users are able to stream from your server for free, you need a full Plex Pass for yourself.
