Remove plex device via API

Hi All,

I need some help removing some devices from API. for some reason they are not in the Authorised Devices list and they are also never being logged out.

Trying to remove these

I have issued the DELETE command for the device over API and i can’t seem them in the devices list anymore.
But they are still able to connect to the server and stream videos.
I have removed it from both plex.tv and the local server ip.
Is there somewhere i can issue a command on the server to remove these devices?
