That is where I have my kids movies and this triggered me.
I see another library with 2 folders of which 1 folder doesn’t exist anymore, after removing that one, it works normal again.

Then I assume that one of your libraries has the same issue as @PlexLuver had: an no-longer-existing folder or a completely empty folder.
