Removing a empty folder in a Plex library

I removed all the files from a folder on my hard drive and deleted all the movies from the PLEX folder in one of my PLEX libraries. I can not find a way to remove the empty folder. If I click on the library the only delete option is to delete the whole library.
\My hard drive had
c:\Movies
C:\Movies\Harry Potter
As well as other subdirectories.
I moved all the movies to a different library. I then went into the folder on the original Movies library and deleted all the movie icons. Now that the folder in the PLEX library is empty I can’t deleate the folder when in the folder view.

edit the library, and remove the old paths.

I removed the path and added it back and it worked.
