Rental not working

I rented a movie last night that kept giving an error during playback, so I never got to watch it. Today, I attempted on a different device and got the same error. I came to rhe forum for help and found a form to fill out for assistance. Plex responded, confirmed my purchase, and sent me back to the forum for assistance. I just wanna watch the movie. Help?

Looking at the contact you had with billing folks, in their last reply they refunded you and canceled the rental.
