Hi there - I purchased a rental the other day but it resulted in an error. I find out later that I’ve been charged and now it is showing up. All help points to going to https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=billing-issues#p-contact for support but there are no links or anything to actually get help.
Did you happen to fill out the form? That will submit a ticket so someone from the CS team can help you with your rental issue.

I tried on mobile and laptop. Also tried incognito mode. No form - just text references there is one.
There seems to be something wrong with the preset options in link I will let folks know about. removing them seems to work. https://www.plex.tv/contact change the first drop down to billing
