[Request\bug] Implement auto reconnect feature

Hello! I have noticed very annoying bug in Plex - its a very nice app, allows to watch movies\listen music for example on iPad - but iPad is mobile device and i (and many other users i suppose) using it with 4g\3g connection. Primary i'm using it in car - and so internet not very stable - sometimes i think it(iPad) reconnects\changes its IP address when switching mobile operator "towers" and when it happens, playback stops - if i'm playing audio it says connection error (and it waits until i press the button - what for its doing it ? it can display message its ok but why wait for user input ???) - when i press it it instantly switches to next song and starts playback from start of that song... 

 

Can dev team please fix this so plex will be really mobile... because at this moment its not really fun to always press that button and then i have to press prev song and move time slider to position where it stopped playing...

 

I think that if Plex mobile app loses connection for some reason instead of waiting for user input it should try reconnect in 1-3 seconds and resume playback of exact same song at exact same position...

 

This happens maybe because when switching mobile towers - traffic flow changes so mobile operator resets connection(its tcp right?) or maybe port changes...

+1 agreed it would be nice if it could handle unstable connections a bit more gracefully.

In the meantime you could PlexSync some of the music to your phone which would avoid the problem entirely.

I have been having a similar issue but I find the app just hangs and I have to close the app and re-open it again to get it working.

I find that the app hangs after playing  between 1 and 4 songs constantly.

I have had this issue for a long time and have tried the app on Samsung Charge, iPhone 4, 4S, 5C, and now iPhone 6 running the latest IOS

While the Plex app hangs I have no issue streaming music from other online radio sources like Pandora, Slacker, and Amazon Prime music.

I have also tried to sync some of my albums to my phone but find it has the same effect while playing. It is like the Plex App is still playing from the server source than from the Synced content.

Any suggestions would be great, but I think it will come down to a bug fix in the app.
