Hi,

When I try to add a new friend it gives this error message but I’m not sure why as I don’t think I have reached the 100 request limit.#

I am trying to re-add someone as I could not see their watchlist on the rss feed.

Any help would be appreciated!

Your friends are already there. There is no need (or no possibility) to invite them yet again.
You have removed your server ~ a month ago. Then you created a second server bearing the same name. This might be a contributing factor to the confusion.

All you need to do, to grant your existing friends access to the new server, is to go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/manage-library-access and click on their names. Then check the libraries on the new server.

If you never want to use the old server again, you might want to remove it form your account here: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms
But be careful to only remove the old server!

Yes my pc crashed and had to reinstall windows and Plex, hence the duplicate server. I have removed the old server as you suggested.

I realised that I had managed to add the friend a few hours later.
