Error creating Managed Accounts

Exact same thing was happening to me. Managed to create the users, but just a completely unhelpful “Unexpected Error” message when trying to set up the managed accounts. I even completely nuked my server and did an install from scratch just in case. No luck

I have the same problem running via Docker in Unraid
