Getting this error and cannot remove shared libraries anymore. Uninstalled and re-installed server. Removed and currently none set up and only web access but still the error.
You have removed all your servers from your account. So there is no access that you could grant or edit.
I still have two showing as shared with me but cannot remove them.
What you are seeing must be either
- cached and obsolete information
- shared servers (i.e. not yours)
- local servers which are not claimed yet
There is no server connected with the account that you are using to access this here forum. If this is your primary plex account, then you will have to reclaim your server. Only then there will be something to share.
Thanks, think its shared which want to remove but no option and just keep getting this error. Also cannot add any new friends as it comes up red.
Reload the web app.
Reclaim your server.
Only then access https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/manage-library-access and edit the user whose shared server you want to remove.
Have done all that, have removed/re-added, switched browser etc even deactivated account - left a few days and restarted but still the same. Only when trying add edit users.
Then I’m afraid you have somehow managed to bring your account into a state, where you or I cannot do anything to change it.
