Hello. My library has been completely deleted. What can I do ?

Is this about a shared library no longer being accessible or about one/multiple/all libraries of your own server being missing?
Using this url : https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/account. I have an error saying “Not Found”. Even the server is installed, it’s asking me to install it once and again.
Plex was working ferfectly for me during years.

Not, it’s not a shared library. It seems my server is not accesible even being installed. I can guess this is the issue.
Clicking on my content, i have i message saying get Plex Media Server, but it’s already installed.
Are you able to access the server using its local IP address?
e.g. http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine or http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web if you’re on a different machine within the same network/subnet?

can you open http://127.0.0.1:32400/identity? This should show an unformatted xml message… the xml element should have an attribute claimed= — does it have 0 or 1 as its value?
0 means the server isn’t claimed… in which case you should at least be able to access it locally
1 means the server is connected to a Plex account… given you cannot see it, that leaves the question if you’re possibly using a different Plex account in the web app than the one linked to your server.

The user i logged is the one I used from years.
You could take a look at the registry entries if they actually match the user.
Removing them should unclaim the server and allow you to re-link it to your account.
Okkk…I have now access to my library with the url http://localhost:32400/web/index.html#!/.
Nevertheless, on the left menu, I have my libraries with a yellow triangle like a warning signal. Which is the next step ?
You might want to start by re-claiming the server:
- go to Settings > [Server Name] > General
- click the claim / sign-in button at the center of the settings page
Afterwards you could check if the server’s libraries are still listed in the More section of the main sidebar.
I’ve done that three or four times but nothing happens. It keeps asking for claim it.
In addition, it asks also for install the last server version manually. This version : Versión 1.40.2.8395
I would ignore the update notification for now.
The claim failing sounds fishy.
You could attempt the procedure outlined in this thread… though if this fails we’ll probably need to deep dive into your server logs.
Any method is working. Claim is not possible. Starting from scratch would fix it ?
Quick question:
How exactly do you mean you “done that” three or four times? Did you get a page to display when you went to where tom80H said, and are given a button to click to “claim” the server? Or do you just mean the homepage of the server (where you see your libraries on the left-hand side showing a triangle [!]?
Hi. I clicked on claim and nothing happens. Finally I was able to access my server with a new username. My libraries are available… But I have a new problem :
When trying to reproduce a movie, i have the error s1001 (Network)
Checking on the log I can see :

The movie is totally reproducible out of Plex.
I’ve notice also when clicking on get info from the movie i get no info, just the size of the file and the duration, nothing more. This is very very weird.
