Dear PLEX Support Team,
I am a Plex user from China, and I’ve noticed that Samsung TVs sold in China, although they use the Tizen operating system, do not have the Plex app available for installation.
After researching, I found that Tizen allows for the installation of apps via USB. Could you please provide me with the installation package for Plex so that I can install and use it on my Samsung QN700B?
I am a Plex Pass user and would greatly appreciate your assistance. Thank you in advance for your help!
