[Request] Option to display subtitle track name in Plex instead of just language name

Currently Plex names subtitles internally as follows:
Language - Format (i.e English - PGS)
Many anime releases use two tracks of the same language (English), one with signs/writing, songs and dialogue translated and one with only dialogue. As such, unless I use MKVtoolnix and set one track to another language, I cannot differentiate between the two as the have the exact same name in Plex. So it would be nice if Plex could have an option to label subtitles by track name.

Show names for audio tracks and subtitles

Currently if you have a movie with multiple audio tracks or multiple subtitles that are the same language there’s no way to differentiate between them, as Plex doesn’t display the embedded information, just the language. For example for a movie you might have the standard audio track, a commentary track, and an alternate commentary track. Currently you would just see 3 audio tracks with no way to tell which is which without playing the movie and switching between them until you find the one y…
