I love the new pre roll idea, but only one movie is not enough i think. There should be a solution to add a link to a video i want to show before the film or add a link to a folder with videos where plex can pick one random. THAT would be cool. And there should be a possibility to set a playlist…

May need to buy more plexpasses so that I can like this one more than once. :P

I would like this as well (I just started using pre-roll recently, so this is now coming to the forefront for me). I made several fake studio pre-roll videos over at vipid.me, so it'd be cool if Plex would play a random one of those each time a movie starts....

Out of interest what do you use Pre-Roll for?

For me, I use it for something silly....I've made some custom studio intros with my name on them (see vipid.me for examples), and right now i can only show one of them... But you could use it to show a "Silence your cell phones" video or whatever....

I use my pre-rolls as a way to annoy my family and friends whenever they watch a movie. I feel it is a small price for them to pay for free access to my media, considering all the work I put into managing the server.
