[Request] Sync status view for all shared accounts

Hi all,

 

Please like this post!!!!

 

I posted this in the Plex Windows Media Server forum.

 

In summary now that I've setup the kids with their own free plex account so that I can restrict library access I cannot see what items they

have sync'd unless I log into my plex server webpage with their plex account. This is a pain!

 

Please create or modify the Plex Server Webpage > Activity > Sync view to include all devices/accounts that have sync’d content.

 

One sync view for all devices per server Pro’s are:

  • 1 view to see what movies the kids + wife have sync’d before a holiday/roadtrip
  • Often Kids and Wife will hit sync and expect all the movies to be available. They have no concept on free space or how long it takes a movie to sync. I’ll usually review the icon to see where the sync status is at.
  • Sometimes the Kids/Wife will sync entire libraries / series clogging up my SSD. For me SSD = C: System / Plex Server / Limited Space! D: = All Media
  • As space is limited on the iPads request the kids don’t sync the same movies, So that they can share if required.
