Server Version: 1.43.3.10828 (Ubuntu 26.04, bare metal)
Player Version: any browser via app.plex.tv
Issue: Certificate CSR/download stuck on 429 after a debugging session where the server was restarted ~10 times in 20 minutes while troubleshooting a separate Tailscale/WAF issue (now resolved). Device connections update returns 200 and the token is valid everywhere — only the cert endpoints are rate-limited.
Current state:
- certificate/subject — 200 (cert exists: *.19cf6412fed24a24a34e0a848e8bb402.plex.direct)
- certificate/download — 429, retry-after: 93229
- certificate/csr — 429
- Server is stopped to prevent the retry loop from extending the window further
