Reset my server certificate

Server Version#:1.32.4.7195
Player Version#:9.26.0.2648
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

Please, Plex-support, reset my server certificate on my account/plex-server.
I am not able to connect to my server securely (over https)
not from remote, not from local: can’t even browse via https to the control panel.
already did reset my server (and the Nvidia shield to factory settings), and already created a new server+database.

As soon as i logon with my plex-account, secure connection instantly breaks, and i’m no longer able to connect to my PMS remotely or trough specific devices.

Done.
Please shut down and reboot your server device.
Don’t use a domain name for local network access. Only use the IP address.

Hi, Otto.

I’m not sure if this is appropriate but may I ask for the same?

I thought I’d ask here instead of cluttering up the forum with a new topic. If needed, I can definitely create a new topic also.

Thank you!

You have been given 5 new certificates yesterday alone.
And you are on Windows.

Apologies, I didn’t know it was an OS specific need. I’d happened across the suggestion as a possible resolution to an inability to establish secure remote connections, so thought I’d ask. I’ll keep poking away to see what else might be the problem. Thanks!
