Hello! I just purchased a brand new NVIDIA SHEILD TV Pro to act as a Plex Media server but am unable to get it started as I’m having an issue with secure connections. I’ve tried many different settings, but I’ve seen to ask for my certificate to be reset here. I made a Plex server on my desktop years ago, so things may need a refresh. Thank you!
The Shield is shipping with a hopelessly outdated version of Plex on it.
Did you open the Google Playstore app and updated everything?
I’ve got the same issue, I’ve even contemplated switching to Kodi as that seems to work fine!
Not sure how to contact Plex directly to request a certificate reset…??
