Reset Server Certification Request

Hi, I migrated my server between yesterday and today from windows 10 to Ubuntu Docker and I had to do a tremendous amount of troubleshooting to get it to work and I think taking my server down and bring it up over that time pinged your API to much and now I’m banned.

Please reset my certification. Let me know what other information is needed.

To provide a little more context, this is what I’m experience:

I can reach server on localhost and internal IP network across all devices and my users (not invited users). When I go to app.plex.tv if I use a local connection, I can’t reach the server, if I use a remote connection I can reach the server except for the admin user account.
