Resetting account

Spent 6 hours trying to claim my server. I give up. Is there any way they can “reset” my account and I can just reload my library from scratch?

I followed the steps. Reinstalled and stil get the same thing, Plex screen on browser in “getting ready" loop. I let it loop for one hour and no change.

If anyone is following this, my pc was starting to go bonkers, maybe from the changes I made, maybe from bad luck. I just reinstalled Windows including reformatting the hard drive. Created a new plex account and downloaded plex media server and just started from scratch. I could never claim my server.

Server logs might contain a hint what’s going wrong with your setup. Could be a problem with your new server talking to Plex‘s backend (e.g. if it fails to resolve some Plex URL due to a bad DNS).
