I have no idea how this happened, but my view suddenly changed to microscopic., and I cannot find any setting anywhere to change it back to the original size. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Not sure what this is about as the screenshot apparently didn’t upload.
Is this about how Plex is displayed in a browser – if so… what browser? Did you maybe click CTRL while scrolling and therefore zoom out, shrinking the page?
Try pressing CTRL+0 (<-- that’s a zero, not Oh)
