Also want to tell you: In doing the inventory of what’s in the NAS lab, we realized we don’t have an Annapurna AL324 system. We ordered one. It will arrive in another day or two and I will get first use of it.
I will verify your issue on it then we can proceed and verify it works before giving you a build to test on your end.

UPDATE!!! 
Finally, we have the missing piece of information.
The RealTek processor uses the standard 4K byte memory page size.
The Annapurna ARMv8 uses 64K bytes (which is extremely non-standard across the board)
I gave this to the build team immediately.
I will chat with them later today and see if we can spin a build to test on both systems
