RESOLVED: LAN Networks Setting Missing in Settings > Server > Networks

Server Version#: 1.18.6.2368

My Plex Media Server is on a separate VLAN which is where all my servers sit within in my network. VLAN3 - (10.110.30.0/23) Client machines reside on 2 other VLANs: VLAN2 - (10.110.20.0/23) & VLAN4 - (10.110.40.0/24).

My Plex Media Server appears as remote when accessing media from VLANs outside of the 10.110.30/23 network.

I’ve read in the support articles that I can add my internal networks to LAN Networks under Server > Network. However, I do not have that option when I navigate to that page. Is this a Plex Pass only feature? Is there something silly that I’m missing?

Any help is appreciated.

Yes, unfortunately it’s a Plex Pass-only feature. Here’s the relevant support article:
