I can’t load one of my servers because during startup it stalls trying to update my library. It also doesn’t load in my system tray. If I right click on it it says: <Response code="503" title="Maintenance" status="Plex Media Server is currently running startup maintenance tasks."/>… I’ve let it run for days but it makes no progress and plex can’t see the server anymore. Restating my pc doesn’t fix it either.

Most likely reason is a damaged server database.
Either restore an older backup or repair it.
