Restrict a user's content to Rating AND label?

I am trying to tweek my children’s account, and I am having a problem getting what I want to show up.

Here’s the dilemna:

I want only Rated G animated movies.
But if I select rated G in restrictions, I get a bunch of 1960’s movies and such, back when everything was rated G.
If I select Animation as the label, then they get South Park and Archer >_<
If I select G and Animation, they seem to get either, instead of both.

Is there a way to do what I’m trying to do? To have only the content that matches all the parameters to be shared?

Sorry, but there is no “and” for restrictions. There are only 2 ways I can think.

1 - set up a separate library and give your kids access to only that library (this is what I’ve personally done) or
2 - make your own labels and use that as the restriction.
