User Restrictions only work if I use both the rating and label fields

I am trying to setup an account for my kids. I have all movies that I want them to watch marked with a “kids” label. If I give their account access to that label nothing shows up in the movie list. If I add access to G ratings then it adds all the G movies whether I’ve labeled them with “kids” or not. This is also true if I add access to the PG-13 movies. It does not appear to provide me the ability to give my kids access to Finding Dory unless I also want to give them access to Tron.

Thoughts? Am I missing something? TIA

If you use a restriction, they are “OR”. So if you use label “kids” and rating “G”, that user will have access to anything labeled “kids” OR with a rating of “G”. I tried with just labels and it works for me. For the rating, make sure it is blank and not “None”. “None” is an actual rating value so unless your movies have that actual rating, they don’t show.
