Restriction to library by PIN

Restriction with changing usernames is not user-friendly. We need to have restrictions per library.

Use-case:

  1. Click on library with restriction
  2. System asks you to write PIN

There’s an existing feature suggestion covering this. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting/dispersing votes.
