Running Plex 1.22. I have noticed that something has changed several versions back where the Plex server now kills anything that I have paused for over a couple of minutes. I used to be able to pause something and come back hours later and it would resume no problem. Is this a bug or has something changed where I need to adjust some settings to gain the old resume functionality?
Are you using Google Chrome? If so, it’s actually a Chrome issue. They changed the way they handle videos, which now prevents Plex Web from pausing videos. Apparently their latest beta restores this feature. I do not personally run Chrome Beta so I cannot provide a first hand confirmation.
This is happening on Apple TV and DNLA clients. iPhone and Roku appear to be working fine.
Oh, in that case, I have not heard of this issue before. Client logs please.
Are these logs on the server? I have no way of retrieving these from the actual devices.
