Sorry, lost track. Youā€™ve got verbose logging enabled for your PMS. Can you turn that off and provide new logs after recreating the problem?

Using Plex on an LG C9 I have a 4K-rip I canā€™t resume either. It has chapters but selecting one of those still just runs it from the beginning. Canā€™t fast forward either, it gets ignored. Weird.

Yes, a vexing issue. This occurs on both my Roku and Apple TV players. It happens when there are Chapters.

My work-around:
In Playback Settings, I Disable Direct Play and Deselect Allow Direct Stream.

Update: Changing Resolution appears to eliminate Chapters.
