When I start to play a season of a series (or any other Folder) Plex automatically starts the next episode after finishing one.
When I want to continue watching the season later not starting from the first episode, I have to select this episode and afterwards, the playback stops. Then I have to go back, select the next episode and press play again - and all that with the slow PS3…
Is therea function I have missed by now to achieve this?
Also resuming a half-watched episode does not seem to work properly / always.
i’m not sure if this will completely fulfill your needs, or will even work on whatever player you are using, but… on the amazon fire tv stick app, if i go to the list of seasons, and instead of selecting the season i want to go into, i instead press play right on the season, it will start playing any episodes that haven’t been marked as watched yet, and it will continue playing the episodes one after another automatically.
not perfect, but it works. myself i wish it would just autoplay the next numerical episode when the currently being watched episode finishes no matter where you press play from…
