New issue starting today after the update was installed last night. Server is now running Version 1.13.2.5142. When I choose to resume a show (both movie and tv show), progress bar spins gets to 83% (on the roku) and eventually times out and gives me a “Video Unavailable. We’re unable to play this video, make sure the server is running and has access to this video” error. This is happing on both a roku and an AppleTV. Both of those devices were working just fine last night. iOS and my computer can play the file just fine.
I can play the file just fine if I start over, however if I attempt to fast forward I get the progress spinner again until it times out. I’ve Googled this and the only thing I found that I tried was to delete Plex’s cache. Nothing changed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
