Retrieve login IPs

Hello Everyone,

I’ve got an unusual situation, and I didn’t know where to post this, so please let me know if this is a good place, or if it should be moved. About a month ago I was broken into, and among other things my HTPC was stolen. I had long given up hope on seeing it again, but I noticed yesterday that my plex server had recorded a login from that device.

I was wondering if that connection is still logged. And if so, how I would go about retrieving that information.

Any help is appreciated, and thanks in advance for your help.

You can look in your PMS logs. That should have the IP logged.

Would you be able to point me in the right direction? I’ve looked through the files, and I can’t see any sort of IP information.

I’ve attached my logs here: Plex Media Server Logs_2019-10-22_00-36-12.zip (1.1 MB)

I’m running Plex 1.18.1.1973-0f4abfbcc on Unraid 6.7.2 if that’s helpful.

Thanks again.

I scrolled through com.plexapp.system and found only one instance where the ip address was different. will send you a PM

Oh. You have debug logging turned off, so sign-ins from devices are not being captured. Turn it on and if they connect again, it should get captured.
