Reverting

Server Version#: 3.104.2
Player Version#: currently unknown as I’m at work

Is there a safe way to revert back to a version of PMS from last year?

As since I’ve updated to the latest version of PMS, it keeps crashing on me (rebooting the app on the TV) and making more movies unwatchable.

What I say unwatchable, I will start to watch a film, and within 10/30 seconds in, it will show up with a message stating that the Internet connection isn’t good enough to show the movie. I have to go into the settings, and choose play original quality - and 9 out of 10 times, it higher than what the Convert Automatic quality. I find this frustrating as it should all be local…but it’s nothing compared to having the whole TV app rebooting when you try and watch some playlists.

The PMS is running on a Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS machine and the player is running on a Amazon Firestick.

Any help would be very much obliged

if you have a previous package to install,

  1. uninstall the current
  2. install the older.

Thanks for getting back to me ChuckPA.

Unfortunately I don’t have any previous packages - I delete them once I’ve done the update. Is there a place on the site I can find an Archive of the packages? I’ve had a quick look, but found none.
