Rewinding breaks stream when stream buffer is complete on TRANSCODED video

This happens on both Android Mobile and Android TV.

I can dig up logs if needed but it should be 100% reproducible. Happens on both HW and SW transcoding.

Just load up a video, force it to transcode, skip to close to the end, let the buffer fill up to the end and try and rewind. You will notice the time on the stream continues but the video freezes.

This issue is really prevalent with certain stylized subtitles that are forced to burn-in (which is another issue), but occurs without any subtitles.

I was able to very quickly reproduce this and it behaved just as the OP describes.

I will note that mine seemed to proceed in slow motion for a second before freezing completely.

I’m on a basic Truenas plugin setup and forced the transcode via selecting a different resolution on CCwGTV. If it matters my throttle buffer is set to 120 and Im on an i3-6100 without a video card.
