Server Version#: 1.22.1.4200-c073686f2
Player Version#: N/A
Good day,
I updated PMS on my RN202 (running ReadyNAS OS 6.10.4) yesterday, and was doing some cleaning on the NAS and noticed that it was switched to off, when I try to turn it on, I get this error message:
I grabbed the logs right after I got the error, just let me know which one or ones you would like to see if you need them.
v1.22.1.4200 has some issues on ARM v7 based systems right now, and the devs are investigating. Try reverting back to the previous version. You can download the “last stable version” v1.22.0.4163 by turning “Plex Pass Downloads” off from the download section.
Thank you! The preview worked fine, and it does feel a little snappier.
If others have posted on the problem, I did not see them, sorry if I posted a duplicate.
I got the same error on my RN516 (Intel 64-bit). I’m trying to install the latest stable (plexmediaserver_1.22.1.4200-c073686f2_amd64.deb) right now to see if it will bring Plex back to life or not.
Great News!
Installing plexmediaserver_1.22.1.4200-c073686f2_amd64 brought my server back to life.
Hmm… I might turn off Plex Pass updates for a while. Maybe at least until I see a Plex Employee post that a new release is available that will not crash ReadyNAS anymore.
Anyone know of another thread that I should be tracking for this issue?
Is there any update here? My ReadyNas 314 has the same error. I have tried to download the latest and older version I still had in my downloads and still get the error when launching Plex.
