Roku 3 - First Episode Issues

Hi Everyone,

 

Having issues with the Plex channel on my Roku 3. The first episode for the series "Friends" from Season 1 onwards plays the intro to the episode only. No idea why this is happening since the actual file marked SXXE01 is the full episode. Where is Plex pulling this intro file from?

 

What makes this even more bizarre is that when I play it through the Web App or any other means, the first episode is fine and plays the full episode not just the intro. Seems this issue is isolated to the Roku channel.
