My Roku is running OS 12 which should correct the AAC audio problem. I have tested with this option toggled On|Off and the audio continues to drop out equally.
I have checked and this happens with both video files encoded with AAC as well as AC3 types of audio.
Both videos which I have encoded myself (FFMPEG, Handbrake and A’s Video) as well as recordings from my HD HomeRun tuners.
The frequency can be every few minutes, to once every 10 minutes – but will certainly happen at least twice while watching a video.
