Roku - Cannot delete a series or season

Same issue that I reported in August last year here: Roku player - Delete is not available on series or season

The thread closed and I can’t reply. 8 months later, this is still a problem on the Roku player. The feature to delete by season or series works fine on the web, Android, Samsung TV and iOS players. Roku is the only place where this can’t be done. Is this logged as a bug somewhere? If not, is there something I can do to raise more attention to this?

I’ve reported this issue three times now, over the last year. Not a single reply. Is there a better way to report bugs and feature suggestions? The Plex “support” page funnels users into this forum, but for me, it’s proving ineffective. A community forum is not “support”.

I’ve seen Delete Season / Delete Show come and go every few times a year for the past 5 years. It’s annoying but I have often just gone to the Web, Android or iOS apps on my phone to administer those actions rather than rely the Roku UI. :man_shrugging:t2: Obviously, there’s no use in complaining because they (the dev teams) don’t like us bringing up their lack of UI consistency features.

Thanks for the reply. I find that the Roku playback is the most reliable. I have three Samsung TVs that all get encoding errors during playback - more frequently than I care for. I’m going to get Rokus for all of them to take that crappy software out of the equation. But, I’m trading the Samsung Plex feature set for the fewer features in the Roku. I’d like the best of both worlds.

sorry for missing your posts. I would say it is a parity issue so it should be added. I will make a report for it.
