Roku client is broke

Everything was working two nights ago. Last night, the Roku client built-in to my TLC TV now gives the error:

The Server is not High Enough
Plex Media Server version 1.18.3 or higher is required. i7 is running version 1.21.0. Please update your server using the plex.tv web client.

Please Fix.

I’ve seen other posts where there was multiple plex servers running on the network. Could you have an older plex server running on your network?

I certainly do. My primary server was a RaspPi. It was on 1.16.x. It wouldn’t upgrade via the browser interface and I tried something from the Internet and the screwed it up even more. So I reverted back to my Windows server and upgraded it via browser interface without issue to 1.21.0. I just now powered the RasPi off. Now the, Roku TV can’t find either one, but is hung up trying to look for the primary.

I haven’t found how to make it forget the RasPi server and use the Windows server as the default.

In Plex Web, go to Settings > Authorized Devices.
From the dropdown list, select ‘Server.’

This should show the two servers. Click the red ‘X’ by the old one to remove it.

I found how to remove the RasPi and set the Windows as the default and it is back to working on the Roku. Thanks.
