I have a response from Roku now. We appear to be still crashing due to the memory usage - Thanks for your help in trying to go down to 2 pinned sources - it did not appear to help

Can you tell me what values you have in these server library settings - to see if they are at default:

  • Weeks to consider for Continue Watching
  • Maximum number of Continue Watching items which will appear.

Thank you for your continued assistance. I have those set to 16 and 40 respectively. I do not recall ever setting these, nor was I aware they existed. :slight_smile:

I also been having problems for a while now with the Roku Plex app and I would like to get it fix, is there a place I can upload logs or use a tool to parse them so we can provide more details to the dev team?

For the recordā€¦On my Roku Ultra 4K, watching Plex (shows that have been in my library forever) 2 times in 4 days itā€™s taken me back to the home screenā€¦ so far itā€™s not been very frequent. Not watching anything intensive when it happenedā€¦ just plain old 720p H.264. AAC 2.0 direct playā€¦

I was reading the Roku forum and came across a recent post where someone said their ultra 4k was crashing back to home screen on all channels they watched, Plex or something else.

FWIW I have shared files that consistently reproduce this issue with @sa2000 and team. Letā€™s hope they can fix this soon, or at least in my case before next football season starts. :smiley:

I continuously see updates to Plex on Roku and i also have the preview channel. Yet crashes continue and it you continue to add more features but it would be wonderful if the crash issue can finally be resolved. 2 years ago i never experienced any crashes. Now it is daily. And now some of my pages donā€™t show the titles of the moviesā€¦ I understand you guys are not just sitting there, but you must be aware of this issueā€¦
