Roku inactivity shutdown is blocked by Plex

Recently ( past couple of weeks) I started waking up to my TV still being on - I normally fall asleep with it playing something in the background. It seems like Plex has started blocking my Roku’s inactivity option to auto turn off. I’ve tried other streaming services on my Roku device and none of them block this feature, thy all turn off after 20 minutes of inactivity, I also tried Plex on my Android TV and that also shut down after its allotted time of inactivity, it seems to only be Plex running on my Roku device that has problems
