I was having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to reorder my library/folders on my Roku device. I looked through the forums but didn’t find a solution. This may be common knowledge to everyone here but me, but I figured I would note it in case anyone else runs into this down the road.
The list on the left hand side of the Plex Roku app remembers the order in which you pin items to it. What I had to do is unpin everything, and then go back and pin the folders in the order I wanted them to show.
This leads me to a question for long-time users. Is there any type of Plex Roku app user guide?
To the left of each item in the sidebar there are some dots - click those and select ‘Reorder’ - that will allow you to move the item up or down, then hit OK when it’s where you want it.

Team Roku believes this thing is so easy to use it needs no manual - but you’ve found the forum now - we’re the manual…lol
Thank you @beckfield and @JuiceWSA. My TV zoom was off and I couldn’t see the 3-dots on my TV/Roku. Thank you for letting me know about the 3 dots and for the link. I fixed the zoom and now the dots are visible. Now it functions as I would expect.
