Roku: no access to Plex server

Hello everyone, I’m new here in the forum!
My Plex server runs on a QNAP NAS, access via LG TV or Windows PC works without any problems.
Now I have bought a Roku Ultra LT as an additional client. Login via username seems to have worked, but I have no access to the movies on my Plex server. The NAS is displayed with the correct name in the settings. However, no connection can be established, either automatically or manually (:32400). Allowing insecure connections has not helped either.
Does anyone have any ideas? I am grateful for any help!

Hello, adding on to this. I too am having the same issue. I have Plex on my Roku and it recognizes my NAS, but it keeps on asking me to sign in. I do, and it takes me back to the main Plex screen but will not recognize my NAS. It shows me signed in but it won’t connect.

None of the stuff I’ve seen online seems to help. I’ve rebooted and reinstalled plex on my Roku and it’s the same thing.
