Can't access Plex on my Roku anymore

So I try to bring up Plex on my Roku player as I normally do, and recently, I’m told to sign in to access my Synology NAS.

When I try to via https://plex.tv.link , then put in the 4 characters via my cell phone, I go back to Plex.tv, and I’m still stuck. The only thing I can access is Plex itself - not the movies I have saved on my NAS. I’ve done this 3 times now with the same result.

What’s going on?
